1. The service
AIListKit provides free AI-assisted marketing copy tools for real estate professionals. The service is provided as-is and is free to use, with no paid tiers currently offered. We may change, improve, or retire tools at any time.
2. Outputs are drafts
All AI-generated content is a starting draft. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and confirming the accuracy of every output before you use or publish it. The copy is generated from the facts you provide, but you are the one who knows the property, and you are the one who signs the listing.
3. Fair housing responsibility
Every prompt includes fair housing guardrails, but AIListKit does not guarantee that any output is compliant. Fair Housing Act compliance is your responsibility as the listing professional. Review every output before publishing, and never publish copy you believe could be discriminatory or misleading.
4. No warranty
AIListKit is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.
