Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026. This page explains what AIListKit collects, where it is stored, and how it is used. In short: your listings live in your browser, published records live in Cloudflare D1, and we never sell your data.
1. What we store and where
AIListKit is designed to keep your data small and on your side. Listings, agent profile, and favorites are saved in your browser's local storage. When you publish a listing or a lead submits the form on your listing page, those records are stored in Cloudflare D1 (a managed SQLite database). AI tool outputs are cached in Cloudflare KV for 24 hours so identical requests are served instantly without re-running the model.
2. What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We do not use your listing data to train AI models. The AI provider receives only the prompt text you generate, needed to produce your output, and nothing is retained beyond the standard provider logs.
3. AI generation and caching
When you generate copy, the request is sent through our serverless functions to the AI backend. The generated output may be cached for 24 hours to save compute and keep the service free. You can regenerate anytime; the cached copy simply makes repeated identical requests instant.
4. Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may set technical cookies required to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Basic, aggregate request logs (like IP addresses) are used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention, and are not used to build profiles.
5. Your controls
Because most of your data lives in your browser, clearing your browser storage removes it. To remove a published listing or its leads from our database, contact us and we will delete it. You can contact us at any time about your data.
6. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page. Since AIListKit is free and built on the Cloudflare Free Tier, our goal is to collect as little as possible in the first place.
